The application separates UI rendering from deep-learning inference so thousands of incoming messages can be displayed instantly while sentiment classification happens asynchronously through FastAPI and IndoBERT. The result is a responsive real-time dashboard that prioritizes user experience without sacrificing model accuracy.

Beyond a high-converting customer portal with multi-step booking validation and physics-based thermal receipt generation, the system features a resilient upstream quota synchronization engine resilient to schema drifts, an edge serverless security gateway, Cloudflare R2 zero-egress asset pipelines, and an end-to-end admin analytics dashboard.

The application leverages a modern Next.js App Router architecture combined with Supabase for robust authentication and strict Row Level Security (RLS). By offloading heavy assets to AWS S3 and utilizing a hybrid of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG), the platform achieves blazing-fast performance and SEO supremacy without compromising on a highly dynamic, interactive user experience powered by GSAP and Framer Motion.

Built with a broadcast-grade interface, fluid animations, and strict accessibility standards.

Pinto Coffee is an integrated full-stack web platform built for modern coffee shops and roasteries. It connects customer ordering, kitchen operations, and cashier management into one seamless system: 1. Contactless Dine-In QR Ordering: Customers can simply scan a table QR code to explore the menu, customize drinks, and place orders directly from their smartphone without installing any app. 2. Real-Time Kitchen Display System (KDS): Kitchen staff receive orders instantly via WebSockets with color-coded wait time alerts (green, yellow, red) to prevent preparation delays. 3. Direct Thermal Receipt Printing: Supports direct ESC/POS receipt printing (58mm/80mm) to Bluetooth thermal printers using the Web Serial API—printing receipts instantly without any browser print popup. 4. Business & Sales Dashboard: Empowers shop owners and cashiers to manage menus, monitor active table sessions, view real-time revenue analytics, and process both online payments (Midtrans) and cash orders. 5.
