Pinto Coffee is an integrated full-stack web platform built for modern coffee shops and roasteries. It connects customer ordering, kitchen operations, and cashier management into one seamless system:
- 01Contactless Dine-In QR Ordering:Customers can simply scan a table QR code to explore the menu, customize drinks, and place orders directly from their smartphone without installing any app.
- 02Real-Time Kitchen Display System (KDS):Kitchen staff receive orders instantly via WebSockets with color-coded wait time alerts (green, yellow, red) to prevent preparation delays.
- 03Direct Thermal Receipt Printing:Supports direct ESC/POS receipt printing (58mm/80mm) to Bluetooth thermal printers using the Web Serial API—printing receipts instantly without any browser print popup.
- 04Business & Sales Dashboard:Empowers shop owners and cashiers to manage menus, monitor active table sessions, view real-time revenue analytics, and process both online payments (Midtrans) and cash orders.
